We are a dynamic company engaged in wholesale trade with products from abroad. Due to our rapid growth, we are searching for a CRM platform that will meet our specific needs!
What do we value?
Integrated email inbox: We require efficient management of correspondence with the ability for simple automations.
Integration with website forms: We need the option to send filled-out forms directly to the CRM and categorize them appropriately.
Invoicing: Ideally, we would like to issue invoices directly from the CRM platform.
IVR system control: Having control over incoming calls.
