CRM for a construction company

Hey there, I'm looking for a CRM which has the following features. Not sure if I'm asking for too much, or if it's a simple ask. The company has multiple contracts, for instance, let's say 30 total. Each client is unique and has to fill out different contracts. Let's say the contract Tom needs to fill out contracts A B and D. I want to send him the form where he fills out the information required for the contract whether that is name or address or anything, and it auto-fills on contracts A, B, and D for him to sign. Then the other information form would be sent to myself to fill out, or something like that. The goal is to not have to fill out forms for every contract. Anything like this?
