Advice for best user friendly CRM

Hi, I want to choose and setup a CRM for my company. We want to capture leads directly from facebook ads (leads, engagement, etc.) and automate the leads to be distributed to the sales team. I also want to be able to add custom notes against each leads to track the lead nurturing journey. And lastly, the sales team would need to notified via push notifications every time a new lead comes in.

We have 7 sales guys in our company and its a small business so enterprise level CRMs would be tedious to configure, I want something easy to configure and user friendly for everyone with all the requirements fulfilled. Can anyone suggest and guide me through it? Thanks in advance.
