Holiday Rentals + Property Sales CRM

Hi I am looking to onboard a CRM that can help me manage 50-100 holiday rentals but where I can also manage actual sales of properties. Does anyone know of anything that may work for both these needs.
I am looking at CLOZE CRM but also like the look of Hostaway/Lodgify for the holiday rental management.
