Do I ACTUALLY need a CRM?

Hi,

I have a digital marketing agency (currently small) with around 4 of us.

I use Asana for project management and I have noticed they have a sales pipeline template which I didn’t previously notice.

I was going to use Agile CRM as my CRM but have also come across Copper & HubSpot which can be of use.

I don’t need anything for marketing I just need somewhere for project management, a sales pipeline, and a contact database to store all leads/contacts.

I have seen there are Google Sheets templates for these. Do I really need a CRM, and if so should I use any that I’ve mentioned or should I use Asana as my CRM?

I have seen videos on YouTube of people creating a CRM within Asana.
