Seeking help for CRM tool

Hello, As of today we are 4 Salesmembers on my firm, currently none of us are using any Crm tool, Just spreadsheet and Pen,paper… I am looking all over for a CRM that is easy to use, We have external Dialer, I only want a Simple crm tool, for the members to log there sales and follow up, And most important for me as a manager to easy have a look how its going for them, And see total sales per member.. Simple!!!, Any1 Have something in mind?
