User Review
( votes)Hi all,
I am currently redesigning a CRM software website. Quick context: this CRM is a pretty comprehensive e-commerce solution that integrates various aspects of an e-commerce business under one platform (management of products, orders, customers, inventory, loyalty, in-depth analytics, etc).
We are post-launched, gaining leads and clients. We're revamping our website to enhance the user experience and ensure we provide all the necessary features and information potential customers seek when choosing a CRM solution for their business.
Some high level general questions that I have for you:
- What is the first thing you are looking for when visiting CRM websites? (e.g. pricing, list of features, list of integrations, industry specific, customer support, etc.)
- What makes a CRM website stand out from the competition, and what factors contribute to a positive user experience during your research process?
- When visiting a CRM website, what prompts you to take further action, such as requesting a demo / signing up for a trial / webinars / get in touch with sales, etc.?
- Regarding content, what types of visuals (e.g. infographics, videos, or interactive elements) are most effective in conveying information about a CRM solution?
Any insights you can share on these questions will be immensely helpful and appreciated! Thank you for your time and input 🙂
