Crm help self storage company

Anyone able to offer advice for a HubSpot alternative, its driving me mad. We spend about £60 a month with a team of 2 sharing a login.

We need a in my opinion very simple tool to collect data via web form, allow us to old school sell with a bit of automation.

Call > email (repeat this stage a few times with diary dates) > reserve/move in >

HubSpot want to charge crazy money to auto create deals as above. We have used make to manually sort but it drops out.
