Switching from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to …

Hello !

I am working in a e-commerce company with 80m emails, 25m pushs and 2m sms sent annually.
Also we have +2m contacts

We are actually working with salesforce and we cannot handle the high pricing anymore. As you might know the product is based mainly on the contacts and after on the sendings.
We doubt that it is the best solution (high pricing ? + old school setups).

We would like to keep salesforce service cloud as our Customer service is satisfied with the product (and not costing that much). (We do not really use the data directly from their service to our marketing actions)

Is there any CRM fitting our size that might suit more our needs, do you have other platforms to suggest ?
