Zoho CRM Visualization, Seeking Creative Solutions for Modules and Fields

Good afternoon, Zoho community.
I'm in need of help, any kind is welcome, even brainstorming. As the title says, I'm stuck with some visualizations, and to better illustrate the problem, I will present data and images.
Let's consider the following modules, records, and fields.
Module: A (Customer Requests)
Record: Request A (each record consists of a request from ONE customer)
80 Fields: All fields, all 80 are checkbox types, containing skills the customer is looking for in their request
Module: B (Candidates to be assigned to the customer)
Record: Candidate 1
80 fields: All the fields, just like in the other module, are checkboxes containing the skills each candidate has.
Now, I'll explain my problem.
While there are other fields in each Record, I'm not detailing them to summarize the real issue.
My problem starts with wanting to visualize 3 Candidates (Records) from Module B in the records of Module A (Customer Requests), to compare their skills with what the client requests.

Failed attempts:
Using a Field Lookup and adding the 80 checkbox fields (Zoho does not allow more than 80 checkbox Fields per Record)
Using a function with Zoho Deluge (Zoho Deluge requires me to provide a Record ID in the code, and I don't know where to get it from, as the Records in Module A are created when the client fills out a Zoho Form with the desired skills).
