( votes)Hello, I hope someone with more experience in CRM can offer some advice.
I have been working as a student employee for over two years, utilizing various CRM tools and deploying numerous strategies. Currently, I am training new hires and leading the team to some extent. I am looking to complete my CS degree next year, but I am uncertain about how to advance my career from that point. I am transitioning more into tech during my final year, primarily advising the team and implementing new features, as well as upgrading our current CRM system.
I am unsure whether I should try to specialize further in machine learning and/or data analysis to expand my knowledge, or something else.
