Looking for a customizable and scalable Mobile CRM

Hi, I'm looking for suggestions for a mobile capable, highly customizable and scalable CRM which can support multiple Auto service shops in variuous geographic locations. This CRM must provide security, scheduling and robust enough to support multiple Admins and provide a customer facing interactive portal.
