I'm looking into Donor Perfect as a CRM to migrate over to. Is anyone familiar with their campaign management? My understanding is that you use GiveCloud (which is integrated with Donor Perfect) and you can make custom fields to assign the Campaign or Appeal or Fundraiser ID to which this donation/event etc. belongs to.
What I'm confused about is at the same time you have Constant Contact (also integrated with DP) and then you would have your email marketing campaigns running from there. Is there a way to associate the particular email workflow automation with a particular campaign from there?
and then lastly, is there a way to pull reports to see how one campaign across GiveCloud and Constant Contact is doing in terms of responses and amount raised? To me, I see no way, they are all siloed. You'd have to look into Constant Contact open/click stats, then you'd have to check on the amount raised from the donation link in those emails by pulling it through Donor Perfect reports….
Is it me or is it all siloed?
