This is my first post here. I work for a small division within a large company with a $10 billion valuation. Our division, distinct from the parent company's business, has 5-7 CRM system users.
Situation:
- Our parent company is transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics for CRM.
- Our division currently uses Salesforce in a basic capacity without dedicated IT support for integration/customization/automation.
- We are considering whether to continue with Salesforce or switch to Dynamics, factoring in cost and potential integration benefits with the parent company.
What We Need:
- An experienced consultant with expertise in both Dynamics and Salesforce.
- Guidance in making the decision between Salesforce and Dynamics.
- Development of a setup and integration plan:
- Exploring possibilities and priorities.
- Integration with Slack, Confluence, Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Box, Google Drive, and potentially MailChimp (open to alternatives).
- Training for our staff (4-7 active CRM users, 20 people in the division).
Questions:
- Is this the right forum to seek such a consultant?
- Are there other platforms or forums where I should also post this query?
