CRM with Slack/WhatsApp Chat Integration

We've been using ClickUp for a while now, but wanted to switch to a real CRM.

One of the most important features for us is being able to integrate WhatsApp chats and Slack Channels into the CRM, the same way you can integrate email communication for example.
Basically being able to send and receive WhatsApp and Slack messages of a certain chat/channel in the corresponding contact in the CRM.

This is mainly due to the fact that our service delivery heavily relies on content creators. We have several hundred creators in our network and whenever we want to contact a creator, we need to go into ClickUp, find them, find out if we communicate with them via email, slack or WhatsApp and then find the conversation on that platform.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
