( votes)I use a combination of email, organic and paid social media, and direct mail for my sales.
I'm looking for something that makes it easy to keep track of activities. I don't think there's something that can track my Facebook, LinkedIn, and email activities, but having a simple chrome plugin I can pull up and add "commented on John Smith's photo" would be nice.
With that, I'd like to be able to log in and it would show me a list of people who have been contacted in a week or so. I can click on leads, check when our last contact was, and reach out to them. I haven't seen something that does this – at least not automatically.
Is there a solution out there for this type of sales process?
