I have worked at my current company in Customer Service for 2 1/2 years. I’m now wanting to move away from CS and now have an interview for an entry level position in our CRM team.
The hiring manager has stated I wouldn’t need previous experience but I have no real knowledge of the basics of the role, just a keen interest in learning!
Would anyone be able to give me some tips and pointers for my interview?
