Looking for a CRM for a COACHING program.

Hey all,

Our company is a coaching program where we have about 200-350 students come in at a time and have about 30+ coaches. We want to be able to monitor the coaching + student's performance. We are seeking out a CRM as clickup is too manual for us. Would like to know if anyone is doing anything similar to us and what CRM they are using.

We are thinking of using Hubspot so we have a demo coming up this week.

Some metrics we would like to track is the coaching and student's progress for the 8 week duration which they have 2 calls a week. We want to be able to track the coach and student's performance throughout the whole program.

Not sure if we are needing a developer to hire to sought out some KPI's that we are wanting to track. We use discord for student communication and currently use clickup for onboarding, utilization forms of the coaches, student progress forms, have automated the zoom calls to be added into clickup via zapier and we also use kajabi for student progress for our course material. Feel like there is a better solution but any suggestions is much appreciated!
