Best CRM out there

Hello,

I am doing some CRM investigations to determine best choice for my company. We are a consumer goods company and the uses range from project management, to portfolio building and data entry. We have all different departments from operations, new product development, quality and logistics that are going to be using this platform. We currently use Smartsheet but it is getting costly and feels as though the sales team continually puts brakes on our abilities in order to sell us more.

I have looked into Specright, Wrike, Propel, Teamwork and was wondering if anyone has any insight into what they use for their company and if there is one tool that will work for all departments. It seems as though they all have their limitations.
