CRM Tool Recommendations

Hi everyone,

My team and I are looking for something similar to a CRM tool and was hoping this community could help out.

We have 3 members total, we are CIO consultants for an MSP, and want to be able to track communication with our clients. That is about the extent of what we need and are looking for the best tool. Salesforce, for example, is a little larger and more complex than what we need.

One that I had briefly heard about was Zoho, but watching a quick video it may even have a lot more than what we need.

Primarily we just need something that's fairly simple, has a decent UI, and can integrate with Teams and MS365.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
