Have you had any major issues with Ontraport?

My company has been having problems with Ontraport for weeks now. The main issue is that lots of things are getting deleted at random. Contacts, emails, tracking links, sales pages… the works! We've done everything OP support has asked us to do, but nothing has worked to get this to stop. : (

Has anyone else been having these issues like this?
