need some crm advise

Hello all,

I work for a US cellular telecommunications company (think the one known for telephones and telegraphs) and we use Salesforce as our CRM system mostly for following up with customers as well as trying to turn cold leads into warm leads for new wireless service and new fiber optic internet service for B2C and B2B clients. tl;dr is: we are really bad at using it for cold leads. they pile up, we have super low success rates when we do try. it makes most of the company ignore it but I want to be really sufficient and successful with it and unsure of a good place to start

Anyone have any meaningful ideas?
