Need a CRM plugin or dashboard upgrade for a ecommerce in woocommerce

Hey!
So i have a subscription based business, with around 600 hundred clients, and we were working with a mixture of paypal and stripe, and just working with strippe dashboard.
We have our new website based in woocommerce that allows us to do significantly more things but the Dashboard in wocommerce is horrible to work with
Do you guys now any alternatives or ways to work with it?
also whats the best way to automatize things suchs as failed payments and so..
