( votes)We're looking at build/vs buy on CRM's for a midsize transactional marketplace who are very tech focused.
Around 8 years ago the org had Sales Force but today has 2 custom CRMs for different business lines along with small uses of Hubspot and Monday.com
We also use Zendesk for service ticketing and live chat.
I have really struggled to find who are the 'good players' for CRM when it comes to working nicely in a tech company. A lot of them seem to be for large enterprises or small startups.
At present, Hubspot seems the most compelling.
Can anyone offer advice?
