CRM and Emails?!

I am looking for a CRM that will sync all emails from all team members in each clients (I will call it folder). I checked out Hubspot but if I am understanding it correctly, it will not sync all emails, only the ones that are sent within the program. We do not need to email from the program if we don't have to, but we need to be able to view emails from other team members.
