( votes)Hey, if you feel like after reading this you'd be a good fit to give me advice on this situation, feel free to DM me. At a bit of a loss. Willing to pay $30/hr for advice (sorry I can't offer more!) Wanted to put this disclaimer at the beginning.
What our company is: A telehealth clinic
Our current process: Patient books appt on Wix, and checks 'I'd like a text in 11 months to remind me for my yearly appointment' (this is not necessary for purchase!) -> Wix creates a Contact for that pt (.csv file) -> Wix creates calendar entry of appointment, which syncs to Google Calendar. -> Doctor calls using third party calling app. 11 months later, manually send out reminder text
When it comes time for the one year reminder, I currently take our .csvs from our Wix Contacts -> Excel and sort through the ones that wanted an 11 month reminder. Then, I manually text them. This is really annoying.
What I'd like from a CRM:
- Automatically / in real or near real time take Wix Contacts (in .csv form) and integrate into CRM
- The ability to automatically set up 11 month out text reminders
What I'd lose my mind over from a CRM:
- That near real time syncing of Contacts so we can send out automated 10 min prior to appt reminders (Wix allows you to book a session up to 30 mins before session time starts) – I'd love to have automatic 10 min reminders. We used to use Twilio – but they unfortunately don't work with businesses in our industry any longer
- The ability to store a list of all the big places we stock up with our flyers / last time we contacted / last time we delivered flyers (this is baby time compared to the need for storing over 30,000+ contacts lol)
