Does A simple app even exist?

Hi All, I am still on the search for a lightweight CRM but more so a communication hub if you will. I have looked at what feels like high and low for something simple and I mean like the simpler and cleaner the better. Here is what I would like to accomplish:

Set up a contact with phone number and email address. When I go to view the contact page I see all the phone calls in and out logged as well as all the emails between us.

I would love to find some VoIP provider that could handle the phone side and integrate the email or visa versa. I feel like I am finding everything that needs a VoIP and a CRM and then bringing in the email so essentially 3 parts.

We use outlook for email as well as teams, I know teams has lots of apps and if I could find one that just worked in there that would be great. I feel sometimes I don't know the terminology to use. Call tracking and logging are very different so it's tough to search and not have the same 10 big ad spenders at the top of the list.

My main thing is I don't need a Hubspot, Zoho, or Salesforce powerful and buttons and menus everywhere program for the 2 thins I need to track.
