Best CRM for coaching/consulting

Hi brains trust!

Hoping you could help me. I am looking for a CRM for my coaching/consulting business. We currently use Trello for task management (works ok) and as a client database (not very good). I'm looking for software that can help us do the following:

– keep track of client learnings/goals

– keep track of email conversations with clients from various staff

– use a central database for client contact details

– onboard clients using automations

– create online forms as a native function

Hope I'm not looking for a unicorn here. A lot of CRM software seems to focus on converting leads, whereas I need to manage the clients that I have in a better way. Thanks so much.
