Which CRM has the best plugin ecosystem

So i've periodically needed to select a new CRM for different projects/businesses and every time my conclusion is they all suck.

I don't know why its so hard to build a good contact manager, but maybe they share some property with printers.

Anyway, having used tools like Obsidian what I realise is that an ecosystem of plugins is basically the best bet to find a tool that works for you. Plus I can always write my own if it gets that bad.

So what CRM platforms have the best plugin ecosystem, or most flexibility for developing your own plugins?
