( votes)We have grown quite a bit the last few months. Went from generating ~300 leads per week to 2,000 leads a week and sadly dropping the ball.
Currently using Airtable as a glorified spreadsheet to manage leads and reach out.
I need a better option and a true CRM that can handle high volume. Should be getting close to 20,000 leads per month in the next year.
Need to be able to email, text, and call and be able to setup automation. I’m fairly technical so I don’t mind putting together Zaps (Zapier) and creating a modified flow to fit our needs.
Right now we have a lead come in, automation goes out to warm the lead, where we are dropping the ball is keeping track of those replies. If someone doesn’t reply they get put on a drip email/sms campaign.
We’re just really losing a ton a value by not tracking our leads and customers better.
Any thoughts?
