( votes)I'm just starting online sales of pet treats and I want to employ a good but not too expensive or complex CRM strategy. I have a shopify store, but I feel I need something to help me:
- keep track of what customers buy and contact them via email or text to promote new sales
- make social media posts and gather leads and promote to them
- acquire emails and contact info via online forms and promote to them
- manage wholesale contacts (i.e. shop owners to sell my treats) and keep track of communications with them
I'm not going to have a ton of SKUs and my product is freshly made so inventory while important isn't the most important thing yet since I can replenish easily.
it could be something simple that doesn't integrate with any of my other tools, but integration would be nice. I currently use google workspace and shopify but i'm open to switching if there is a better option on either end. I've seen all the Zoho features, but maybe that's old school now. I've read lots about Odoo, and other CRM packages, but I'm overwhelmed and am not really even sure how they can actually help. Our budget is tight at the moment but will of course become more flexible as we grow. I've been basing my expectations on Zoho One at 45 USD per month.
I'd love to hear other people's experience and suggestions. Thanks!
