Best option for two remote salespeople to be on same call?

Hey guys,

Right now we use Zoho + RingCentral integration. Normally a team member can just click a lead's phone number right in Zoho and place the call solo like that.

However what we would really like is to have two people on the call, one experienced and one new. The way it is now Team Member A has to call Team Member B, then Team Member A calls the lead, and after the lead picks up, the call has to be merged. This is super awkward and the leads don't like this.

Are there any good alternative solutions where we can just both be on the call at the same time from the beginning? Everyone is remote and in different parts of the country so being in the same room is not an option.

I already explained this to both Zoho and RingCentral support and they say its not possible. Appreciate any advice.
