Feedback needed for an intelligence CRM

Imagine you have a SaaS project, you just want a CRM software, but not like traditional CRM software (like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) – where you need to import users from external source manually.

I'm thinking of an idea where you can automatically get users from database, categorize them, give rewards based on their activities, and do all this automatically.

An intelligent CRM that distinguishes customers based on their behavior. It will pull users directly from the database and separate them according to actions.

This project can play an important role in increasing sales and saving time.

What do you think about it? Should I build it?
