Outreach Software for Manager & Team

I've been looking through CRM software for a couple of days now but struggling to find something that suits my needs:

I run a team of marketers. I would like them to use the software to track their outbound cold emails from their personal email (typically has a 3-5% response rate), remind them when to send follow-up emails, and if possible allow them to use VOIP to make an outbound call from their personal # and record the conversations. I would also like to be able to assess their progress (# of emails sent per day, track success by prospect) and allow them to share the records with me to review (for improvement). I do not want the team members to see eachother's data (since they are competing with eachother, but some type of leaderboard to track progress and introduce friendly competition would be great)

My understanding is that this is different from most CRM tools – but are there any out there that have this functionality? Thanks!
