Has anybody made experiences with Zoho CRM?

I'm looking for a powerful CRM to implement all our business processes. I compared Hubspot, Salesforce and Zoho CRM. My criterias are
– customization,
– scalability,
– cost,
– good UI and
– automation capabilities.
We should also be able to write invoices.

I compared them several times and every time Zoho CRM was the winner. Do I miss something?
