Me and my wife want to start a small shop, which eventually will have more artist. For now I want something that can solve our needs just for a single person(her). I'm new to business so there is many things I need to learn but Im familiar with some practices online business do and personal experience from my last job.
I used to work in car sales so Im familiar with Eleads and some of their features. and also some of the lead gathering tactics from our website such as a email signup for a discount or interest in a specific car/ tattoo style
I need a crm that can Allow us to:
- Add and manage clients with extensive data, birtdays, gender, Customer's social media, etc….for multiple marketing purposes.
- See and book appointments
- mass email marketing and text message marketing integration
- Google/yelp Review request msgs and emails
- lead generation or management. maybe have a form on our website or special discount sign up pop up that when people fill it out gets send directly to our crm and a new lead/customer entry is formed.
- inventory managemet for our tattoo shop tools and materials.
IF we decide to grow and bring more artist, maybe something such as employee management features.
Please recommend me any existing crms or someone to contact/a way for me to create my own crm that can do all of this and many more things which I might not be thinking off right now to make our buusiness succeed.
