CRM software with conditional custom fields

Hello…

I'm new to CRM software but I'm meddling with highrise and I noticed that I can't create custom fields dependant of other fields (if a certain field is checked or filled, then the next field would appear). I'd also like to filter based on these dependant fields if possible.

Is there an alternative to HIGHRISE or a CRM software that can do all of the above ?

Any help would be appreciated.
