User Review
( votes)I run a non-profit membership organisation. We are currently on the free version of Hubspot, but we're at the point we'll need to upgrade to a paid plan and I'm wondering whether it's best to stay or switch to a different CRM at this point. We've only really used it in a very basic capacity so far (just literally tagging contacts as members when they join) but going forward, we need something that allows us to:
- Keep track of memberships, set up notifications so we get flagged when someone's membership is about to expire so we can talk about renewing
- Link to Eventbrite so we can see how many events members and non-members are attending
- We will do regular Orientation sessions for new members. I'd like to set up a notification so we can see if a member hasn't attended, as this is an important step to get them to engage with our space.
- Link to Stripe so we can see what payments everyone is making in one place
I've tried doing some research but to a novice like me, it's an absolute jungle out there and I can't tell what I need! Can anyone recommend the most cost-effective way to go about this?
Many thanks in advance to all you CRM experts. X
