Overwhelmed with CRM options

I'm looking for a CRM that will help my partner with her makeup/content creating business

What we would like it to help with

Managing incoming customers Email integration to reply to customers Invoice customers Calender integration Phone app For example I'd like the customer to fill out a form on the website for her make up business and content creation businesses I want to create the form via the CRM asking relevant questions like location of the event, what type event etc and then from the website it pulls through onto the customers profile in the CRM
