Am I looking for a CRM/social media inbox management unicorn??

We get the majority of our business through social media- Facebook business, Instagram, direct messages etc.

We have a built out a robust crm with Pipedrive that works well for our business. We have a zapier account.

UNICORN: are there any social media inbox platforms/services that have API capabilities with Zapier, Pipedrive or other?

I don’t need social post scheduling. I’m looking for any solution to all the messages that come in, turning them into leads/deals in my crm so as to avoid double entry and error.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Even a SMIM that has open API so I can hire a developer to build it 😘
