Does upgrading to Windows 11 break ACT! contact management?

Does upgrading to Windows 11 break ACT! contact management? I have ACT professional and it's a desktop version, nothing is online. There is no monthly cost to the version of ACT that I have. I really don't want to reinstall programs if I upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. Has anyone had experience with upgrading to Windows 11? And it did it break any of your existing software programs? Thank you.
