Career Advice: Marketing Manager to CRM Manager

Hi all,

I am currently working as a marketing manager in the UK and have been for the past 5/6 years. I'm starting to feel like I'm losing my mind trying to be a semi-expert in absolutely every area of marketing so feel it's about time I specialised.

I have always been much stronger on the CRM side of things and have implemented and built systems from scratch for a few of the companies I've worked for. I also have certifications in ActiveCampaign but have experience with other systems too.
I am looking into moving into a CRM manager role and wanted to see if you had any advice on things to do to put me in a strong position?
