Ecommerce – Product Viewed But Not Purchased – Auto Trigger

As the title suggests, i'm tasked with setting up an auto-triggered email communication to customers whenever they view a product online but do not make a purchase. It would be very helpful if someone here could share the best practises regarding the trigger criteria. I.e, Should the email be triggered 24 hours later, do all products viewed show in the email, etc.
