Need a CRM for a growth agency. Currently on Google sheets

So we are a growth providing agency or lead gen agency you can say.

What we do is help improve the sales process and sales people for other agencies. We provide them with trained VA's & closer and we specialise in outbound prospecting.

This is what we require – 1. Add lead details from Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter. 2. After appt. booked lead goes the closer automatically. 3. Client can see how much outreach we're doing for them. Client portal or dashboard for daily or weekly report. 4. We can assign multiple clients to a single setter.

Currently we have to send details of the warm lead to setter / closer. It's just not automated at all.

I'm thinking about Hubspot but open to all suggestions. Kind of project management + CRM both features required in one platform.
