Recommendations for service with Chat and voip?

So was thrown a new task to setup.

I need to find some form of CRM / Service that will allow us to have chat support on the website along with voip phone support.

It is a small team, ~5 people. There will be no landlines, only apps on cell phones/desktops.

Any suggestions on places to look into and features/options to seek out or avoid?

Google just slaps you in the face with ads but finding real unbiased info is proving difficult.
