CRM with subscription management

Hello guys,

I am currently using orgaMAX Desktop in Germany as our CRM and invoicing tool. What annoys me is that orgaMAX has to be installed directly on Windows and is not usable on Linux or even as a web application. Also, the lack of customer support combined with some bugs in the software that have existed for years drives me crazy.

We handle quite some services via monthly recurring subscriptions with our customers.

Due to some legal requirements we have to print all contract data on the monthly invoice. So for example:

Contract number, start of contract, duration, cancellation period, …

Thankfully, orgaMAX comes with a contract management feature. In the invoice template, we have configured these fields with placeholders and when creating the invoices, these are automatically filled individually, which saves us an extremely large amount of work.

Unfortunately, this feature seems not to be available in any other CRM tool that I have been able to test. Many do offer the option of subscription invoices, but often only the frequency of how often an invoice is to be generated can be set there. All other information (e.g. cancellation period) can not be stored at all.

In addition, a link to the bank account for SEPA direct debits and the SKR04 "Buchungskreis" / "chart of accounts" would be desirable.

Odoo still looks quite interesting, but here, too, i am unable to set any information for contract data on invoices.

Is there by any chance another tool that comes with such features?
