CRM for a startup recruiting agency

We are bootstrapping our recruiting agency. I’d like to find the best crm for bulletproof follow up. I mean bulletproof. As a first class citizen. I looked at Follow up Boss but it is for real estate. In fact, most of the real estate crm’s seem more of what I am looking for than HS or SFDC. They have shorter learning curves and building things like 8×8 campaigns that are a mix of touches are understood and encouraged. In my space, the ability to follow up with managers and candidates is, IMO, the whole game. As an aside, I need something that will let add 800k contacts that I have in a dozen csv’s. I hope to develop a newsletter of some kind out of this. We’re using Streak right now. I was looking at Dex. In fact, I was thinking of using a task manager like remember the milk or todoist for nothing but lead follow up. Does anyone provide a consulting or coaching service for building a tech stack?
