Monday.com alternatives

Hello all, currently working for a small mortgage brokerage. Looking for alternatives to organize all leads. Monday.com is the CRM we are using but I feel as though we could get more out of it. Automating emails and inputing lead information is a huge time consumer. Maybe this is a question of automation. But if anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated.
