We are unsure if we should use Hubspot or Salesforce. We will actually use almost only the basic functions. We will have 10,000 leads at the beginning and we will contact them and ask if they are interested in the product or not. If yes, we would like to send them our catalog by mail and if the leads want to order we would like to send them a quote. Means we would need the possibility to deposit our products.
Furthermore, we would like to automate the offer creation, that customer X gets X% discount on the product, customer Y gets Y% discount – of course it depends on what we have agreed with the customer.
It would also be great if we could save that customer Z always gets Z% discount on his invoices.
We could also imagine connecting the CRM to Shopify in the future to get B2B leads in.
I just want the CRM to be as simple as possible and straightforward.
