User Review
( votes)Hey everyone! I need some advice here.
We are currently using GoHighLevel as our CRM. We use ClickUp for project management.
We like GHL for it's automations and the ability to re-sell to clients, but for our own sales activities, everyone hates it.
We currently have 4-5 sales team users and ~11 operations staff. We would like to find a CRM that has project management built in.
Our budget is around $700 per month but we can go higher if there's something really good out there.
Here are our requirements:
- Must be able to connect with Zapier, Make, and have Webhook functionality (or an open API we can build on)
- Project mgmt features – Start/end dates, Kanban or list layout. Statuses.
- Traditional sales CRM features (close/lost reasons, reports, projections, etc)
- Must have 2-way sync with email – management needs to be able to see all emails to/from prospects.
- Must have sync w/ Ringcental, or some other phone system that is similarly prices to RingCentral ($400 /month)
- Nice to have: Built in document signing, or integration with a doc signing tool
- Nice to have: Integration with Freshbooks
- Nice to have: Automation follow up for leads.
- Nice to have: Built in connectors for Typeform, and other lead gen tools.
Currently about to demo Pipedrive because they have project mgmt baked in.
Monday is off the table due to it's layout. We're looking for more of a traditional CRM. (Oracle CRM On-Demand, if anyone has every used that, would be ideal but they don't offer it anymore and would be too costly anyway)
Salesforce is off the table bc one of our rockstar sales guys doesn't like it.
Hubspot might be too costly for the tier we need, but open to it.
Any ideas are very welcome! Thanks!
